The Flavours of the 2 Sources
Behind every product, someone.
We have chosen to celebrate the women and men who keep our terroir alive. Every product we serve comes from an encounter, a craft and a story we are glad to share with you.
These local partnerships are part of what the manor is: a place where time slows down, where quality comes first, and where every detail makes the stay more genuine.
The summer kitchen, for evenings that stretch out.
A few steps from the terrace, the summer kitchen extends the pleasure of living outdoors: a few things from the market, a plancha or barbecue, a wood-fired pizza, and a bottle chosen from the neighbours' wines.

One night would be a shame.
Every stay begins with a conversation. We prefer speaking directly, so we can shape the stay around you — and advise on the room, the dates and the rhythm that will suit you best.

Quentin & Louise — Farm meats and charcuterie

Quentin is both farmer and butcher, so everything is prepared on the farm, in a generous, craft spirit. At the Manoir des 2 Sources we are glad to share their honest, flavourful farm produce with our guests — it reflects exactly the care Quentin and Louise put into their work.

At the Manoir des 2 Sources we are glad to offer our guests her organic sorbets, made from her own fruit: strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry or a red-fruit blend. Fresh, generous and honest — they show off Jocelyne's work and the richness of what grows here.
