You don't come here to sleep.
You come here to stay.

A guest house in the heart of the Périgord, where the days are long, the grounds are quiet and breakfast is never rushed.

Discover the manor

The spirit of the place

A guest house is, above all, an encounter.

The Manoir des 2 Sources is a human adventure. We imagined it as a warm, elegant and sincere place, where hospitality, comfort and real conversation matter most.

Guests arrive for a night. They stay because time moves differently here.

The manor

Rooms made for staying in.

Sitting room, dining room, winter lounge, television room: each space has its own atmosphere, between authenticity, comfort and quiet elegance. Generous volumes, natural light throughout, and everywhere the same invitation — take your time.

Living spaces

Sitting and dining rooms opening onto the grounds, a winter lounge for quieter moments, a television room for simply unwinding.

The covered terrace

Where stays get longer.

Sheltered and open onto the grounds, it has that rare quality: you sit down for ten minutes and stay all evening. This is where late breakfasts happen, where an aperitif turns into dinner, and where the long conversations take place that would not have happened anywhere else.

A summer kitchen will soon be added a few steps away, for the long evenings.

Guests who stay several days drift back to it naturally, from breakfast to the last glass of the evening.

A day here

You write the schedule.

An example, not a schedule. Part of the pleasure here is deciding at the last minute.

01

Morning

Breakfast with no clock

Breakfast is sacred here: goat cheeses and yoghurts, artisan charcuterie, fresh bread, homemade jams and seasonal fruit, sometimes picked in the garden. Every producer we work with is within 20 km. Mornings are for tasting, talking and taking your time.

02

Afternoon

The pool, a book, nothing else

A 10 × 5 metre pool, heated to at least 26 °C, set in the middle of nature. Wooden loungers, a large parasol, six people at most: quiet is part of the equipment.

03

Evening

A glass under the covered terrace

The covered terrace is the newest space at the manor, and already the favourite of guests who stay several days. You settle in at the end of the day, a glass of Bergerac or Monbazillac in hand, while the light falls over the grounds. Nobody raises their voice. Nobody wants to go inside.

It is only an idea. Days here don't really need a plan.

Breakfast with local produce

The Flavours of the 2 Sources

Behind every product, someone.

We have chosen to celebrate the women and men who keep our terroir alive. Every product we serve comes from an encounter, a craft and a story we are glad to share with you.

These local partnerships are part of what the manor is: a place where time slows down, where quality comes first, and where every detail makes the stay more genuine.

In the works

The summer kitchen, for evenings that stretch out.

A few steps from the terrace, the summer kitchen extends the pleasure of living outdoors: a few things from the market, a plancha or barbecue, a wood-fired pizza, and a bottle chosen from the neighbours' wines.

The rooms

Your share of the silence.

Three rooms, three characters, all opening onto the grounds. They are not the reason for the stay: they are its private corner, where you withdraw at the end of an unhurried day.

The manor welcomes adults and young people aged 16 and over.

Around the manor

The Périgord Pourpre, close at hand.

Monestier lies in the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, between the Monbazillac slopes and the village of Sigoulès. The Golf du Château des Vigiers is nearby, and Laurent — a PGA France teaching professional — offers private lessons to those who would like them. [TO BE COMPLETED: selection of recommended places and outings around the manor, with distances.]

The manor keeps evolving

Tomorrow, more reasons still to take your time.

We are carrying on with the manor with the same idea in mind: enriching the stay without losing the intimacy of the place. These spaces will be announced once they are genuinely ready.
